O manejo e o cuidado com a terra s\u00e3o saberes que atravessam as gera\u00e7\u00f5es do povo ind\u00edgena. Zelar e conservar o que tem de melhor nas florestas \u00e9 liga\u00e7\u00e3o de uma vida inteira de um povo. A educa\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m tem um papel importante no combate aos ataques que a floresta vem sofrendo. A educa\u00e7\u00e3o precisa ser libertadora e tamb\u00e9m acess\u00edvel para as pessoas que n\u00e3o tem consci\u00eancia da import\u00e2ncia de manter a floresta em p\u00e9. A floresta n\u00e3o s\u00f3 fornece oxig\u00eanio, mas tamb\u00e9m permite que o ciclo da vida se reestabele\u00e7a quantas vezes for necess\u00e1rio. O contato com a floresta, principalmente para quem mora em \u00e1reas urbanas, \u00e9 bem pequeno, na maior parte das vezes, por isso incentivar esse contato por meio de visitas a locais preservados \u00e9 importante.
